To be an army of singers who sing and worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness (1 Chron. 16:29) to bring spiritual victory and deliverance to God’s people through praise and worship.  To minister unto the Lord in spirit and in truth and to lead others into the presence of God.



  • The worship leader prepares the congregation to receive the Word when preached
  • To cultivate a sensitivity to the leading of the Holy Spirit in discerning God’s direction for each service 
  • To flow together in the anointing of the spirit of oneness with each other and the
  • To be more vocal in times of praise and worship during the service with the use of our praise and worship vocabulary
  •  To be musically diversified - singing harmony (soprano, alto, tenor, etc.).   
  • Annual praise and worship training seminars

  • Boldness and confidence to stand in front of the congregation
